Hopper Springs
Hopper springs are not really springs. You can use springs on them, if you want to. Hopper springs are connected to the motor. Each motor controls one hopper spring. If you push one button on the control box, one side of the car would go down. Hopper springs come in different sizes. You can make them with clothes hangers, if you want to, but it’s better to buy them to get a better fit. Hopper springs do not come with springs. The model car designer decides if he wants a spring or not. The advantage to using springs is that your model bounces as soon as it goes down automatically. Without using springs, you need buttons to tighten the spring for the side to go up and loosen the motor for the side to go down. This way you have to control the car going up and down. You can get any size hopper springs you want but the springs should be level with the hood of the car.
